One-to-one support can change everything
We provide individually tailored support services to help you live life the way you want.
Who We Work With
We provide support services to people who have a physical, intellectual, psychosocial or neurological disability. We do this by creating tailored supports in partnership with you. Services are individually designed – they don’t come off a shelf.
Our services focus on getting you the support you need to live the life you want
We can help you design your own tailored support services for:
Social, recreational and community access activities
- Personal care and assistance in the home
- Independent living skills development (in the family home or for people transitioning into their own home)
- Transition to work or post-school education.
- Breaks away from home (with your own support person or with a homesharer)
- Accommodation support (in your own home or with a homesharer)
- Support coordination and plan management

How We Can Work With You
It’s up to you how much of your plan management you’d like to take on. We can be involved as little or as much as you like. Our consumers generally choose from one of the following.
We manage it all. From planning and delivering a personal support service to reporting and managing all Funder requirements.
We do it together. You focus on choosing, employing and running your supports while outsourcing all of the admin, paperwork and reporting to our skilled team.
If you are self-managing your funding we can offer staff that suit your individual needs, connect you with our network of other providers and help with plan management.
Not sure what to do with your new NDIS plan?
Don’t worry, you’re not alone. NDIS has brought significant change to the disability sector in WA and many people are somewhat confused about the processes and about their options.
