Throughout One2One we refer to people by their chosen name wherever possible. We have chosen the word ‘Consumer’ for administrative purposes to represent our service user.

Who We Work With

We provide support services to people who have a physical, intellectual, psychosocial or neurological disability. We do this by creating tailored support in partnership with you. Services are individually designed – they don’t come off a shelf.

LACs, Support Coordinators & Planners

We understand the unique needs of adults and their families. We can make your job easier by working with your plan participants to design and deliver personalised support.

Our services focus on getting you the support you need to live the life you want

We can help you design your own tailored support services for:

Individual Living Options (in your own home or with a host)
Supported Independent Living (individualised arrangements)
Personal care and assistance in the home
Independent living skills for people transitioning into their own home
Breaks away from home.

How We Can Work With You

One2One believes every person should be in charge of their destiny to the greatest extent possible.

We have two key approaches to helping you engage staff and setting up your supports:

Working Together

Also referred to as Shared Management. You focus on choosing, employing and running your supports while outsourcing all of the payroll, NDIS paperwork and reporting to our skilled team. You are the employer of your staff.

Working for You

We manage it all, from planning and delivering a personal support service to reporting and managing all NDIS requirements. You still choose your staff and service design. We are the employer of your staff.
