One2One exists to provide individually tailored disability support services in partnership with people who are seeking real choice and control over their own lives, and their NDIS funded supports.
What we’re about
One2One provides responsive, tailored services to people living with disability who need comprehensive supports.
Our staff aim to be authentic, down to earth and honest in all their working relationships. We are committed to being an organisation built on relationships between the people we support and the people who provide that support.
We believe people with disability should be included in the same places as everyone else rather than being defined and grouped by their disability.
We believe every person should be in charge of their destiny to the greatest extent possible.
We value the people who work for us in the same way we value the people we support.
We consult people regarding any decisions One2One makes that may affect them.
We stand by people through thick and thin because we want them to be committed to us as their service provider, for the long run.
Life partners Glen Ottley and Deb Browning co-founded One2One in 2011 after more than 20 years in the disability support services sector.
As proud parents of 2 adult sons and a teenage daughter (plus a menagerie of animals) Deb and Glen had a goal:
One2One is a family business and understands and promotes the importance of family, friends and citizenship in creating genuinely sustainable and joyful lifestyles.
We provide support services to people who have a physical disability, intellectual disability, psychosocial disability or neurological disorder.
Many of One2One’s dedicated staff and managers have lived experience of (or have family with), a disability or mental health issue, which genuinely enhances their capacity to offer a responsive, reliable and respectful service approach.
Our people are our assets. We have grown into a team of over 150 staff dedicated to working with people, in partnership…one person at a time.
