We can help you design your own tailored support services for:

At One2One staff are recruited to suit your own personal requirements (such as experience, qualifications and desired peer group). We take the time to make sure you have the right people connected with you for optimum satisfaction and for long term working relationships.
Provider Managed – Working For You
One2One can work with you to plan and deliver a personally tailored support service that meets your individual needs and preferences. (One2One will receive, manage, and report against your funding in accordance with Funder requirements).
Your staff will be engaged by One2One, however you still get to choose them. You will also decide when and what your staff will do for you, based on the funded goals in your Plan.
Provider Managed – Working Together
One2One staff have been delivering supports under Shared Management models for over 15 years. Most people at One2One choose this option.
We understand that everyone’s lives change from time to time and your supports need to be flexible enough to change with you. (One2One can receive, manage and report against your funding in accordance with Funder requirements, while you stay in control of your daily supports).
With One2One’s support, you can engage your own staff with terms of employment that meet your individual support needs, based on your funded Plan goals.
We can provide you with end to end assistance with your Employer role. This can include: recruitment, payroll, taxation, insurances, superannuation, contracts, human resources advice and staff supervision. You can choose your level of involvement in the management of your services.
Supporting Self Managers
If you are self-managing your funding (the self-manager receives their funding direct from the Funder and is responsible for all compliance and reporting to the Funder), One2One can offer a fee for service arrangement between the self-manager and One2One for:
- Staff that are recruited to suit your requirements, engaged by One2One and supervised by One2One.
- End to end assistance with your role (if you have elected to engage your own staff). This can include; recruitment, payroll, taxation, insurance, superannuation, contracts, human resources and technical advice.
- Coordination of Supports/Support Connection
- Plan Management and Financial Intermediary service
