Breaking Boards & Barriers: Shelley Earns Her Black Belt

Shelley passed her black belt grading last month in the esteemed martial art, Taekwondo Poomsae! She was supported by family and friends, therapists and her dedicated support staff, Alicia and Christine, during her 45-minute grading. Once complete, Shelley was presented with her black belt and a beautiful certificate from Korea. We are all so impressed by Shelley’s spirit and determination, and we send Shelley a huge congratulations on this incredible achievement.
