Our story
As well as founders and directors at One2One, Deb and Glen (life partners of more than 3 decades) are also parents to 3 treasured grown-up kids, grandparents to their beautiful new grandson and owners of numerous pets.
When they started One2One in 2012, Deb and Glen’s vision was to offer quality, personalised support as an alternative to congregate living arrangements (group homes), which they initially managed from their home office in Darlington. A short stint in One2One’s next office at Johnson St in Guildford, was quickly outgrown with the introduction of NDIS in WA.
In 2016 One2One moved into the current Midland office. The office has been designed to offer a welcoming, accessible, and friendly environment to meet people, provide a management hub and enable recruitment and training of great staff.
One2One is still a family business where Deb and Glen maintain their Director roles in leadership, mentoring and decision making to support over 100 families (many still with One2One from its start in 2012) and engage over 250 support staff and admin staff. They continue to strive to be leaders in delivering high quality, fully- tailored and contemporary services to people with disabilities and their families, in WA.
One2One’s committed team, headed by CEO Rod Davies is focused on delivering an exceptional service to you, by listening to what you want and designing responsive supports.
